Meatloaf Sandwiches with Spicy Dip

Use your leftover meatloaf to create these sandwiches. Just serve between bread slices with onions, pickles and lettuce with a spicy dipping sauce.
 

Ingredients

  • Mustard
  • 8 slices white bread
  • 4 slices cold meatloaf
  • Sliced onions
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Dip
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp bottled hot pepper sauce

Method

Spread mustard on bread slices. Place meatloaf slices, onion, pickle and lettuce on 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread. For dip, mix ketchup and hot pepper sauce. Serve sandwiches with dip.
