
Ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a creamy mushroom sauce with rice.
Brown ground beef and drain excess oil.
Season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and add Kitchen Bouquet for color.
Add vegetables and cook until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
Add water and cream of mushroom soup. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add rice to mixture and stir to thoroughly coat.
Notes:
Add more or less seasoning depending on your tastes.
Sprinkling rice with Tony Chacheres seasoning blend adding to mixture will really add a cajun flair.
