Mexican Casserole

This fast casserole combines cooked ground beef and onion with cans of Spanish rice and ranch-style beans. After baking, the mixture is topped with shredded cheddar cheese.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can Spanish Rice
  • 1 can Ranch-style beans
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Method

Brown beef and onions in skillet. Drain fat; add canned rice and beans, mixing well. Put in casserole dish. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Sprinkle cheese on top and put back in oven about 5 minutes.
