Mexican Fiesta Spaghetti

Ground beef is cooked with onion, corn, tomatoes, green chilies, and pinto beans, seasoned with taco mix, and served over spaghetti.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 15 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can of whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 9 oz can of Rotel tomatoes and green chilis
- 2 15 oz can of pinto beans, drained
- 1 onion
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 box spaghetti
- Shredded cheese
- Sour cream

Method
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain fat from pan. Add stewed tomatoes, corn, beans, Rotel tomatoes and taco seasoning mix; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer for 20 minutes to 1 hour, as you wish, stirring occasionally. Prepare spaghetti as directed. Serve meat sauce over pasta. Garnish with desired shredded Cheese and Sour Cream.
