A little jalapeno in the burger and some cayenne in the mayonnaise really give these burgers some heat while the lettuce, tomato, and avocado give a nice cooling effect.
Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl and mix just to combine. Form into 6 patties and fry in a skillet or on a grill approximately 6 minutes on each side, or until done to your liking. For spicy mayo, whisk together mayonnaise, cayenne powder and cilantro in a bowl.
Serve these burgers on a bun with lettuce, tomato and sliced avocado.
