This super-easy chili is made in the crock pot with ground meat, stewed tomatoes, chili powder and sliced Polish sausage for extra flavor.
Brown ground meat, drain, pour into crock pot. Add stewed tomatos to crock pot. Cook in crock pot on high for 4-5 hours. About 40 minutes before the chili is done, slice and saute kielbasa; mix into the chili and continue cooking in the crock pot for the last half hour or so.
Notes:
This recipe is great with sliced and buttered Italian bread and a tossed salad. The kielbasa gives the recipe a nice "kick."
