Nancy's Tater Casserole

This family friendly casserole combines ground beef, chicken and mushrooms soup and cheddar cheese with frozen potato tots. It's easily put together for a weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. dairy sour cream
- 1/3 c chopped red onion
- 2 c. mild Cheddar cheese,
- grated
- dash each salt and pepper
- 1 28 oz pkg. frozen tater tots

Method
In a skillet brown beef, drain, and rinse. Combine beef, chicken soup, mushroom soup, sour cream, onion, half of cheese, salt and pepper. Then add 3/4 of the tater tots. Pour into an ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Top with remaining tater tots. Bake at 350F for 25 min. Then top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Notes: Good if you need something quick.
