Ninja Burgers

The heat in the sauce of these Asian inspired burgers is sure to sneak up on you, thus the name Ninja Burgers.
Ingredients
- Spicy Asian Aioli:
- 1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp mirin
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- Burgers:
- 2 lbs ground sirloin
- 1 tbsp low sodium tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely minced
- Sesame buns, toasted
- 1 1/2 avocados, sliced
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced on diagonal into green leaving 2-3 inch
- 6 red leaf lettuce leaves

Method
Combine aioli ingredients in a small bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. If grilling burgers, prepare grill. Combine burger ingredients and form 6 patties. Grill or broil burgers to taste. Lightly toast buns. To assemble, spread each side of bun lightly with Spicy Asian Aioli. Place burger on bun bottom. Top with a few slices avocado and mango, a sprinkling of scallions then a lettuce leaf. Finish with top of bun.
