Oly Joe Shrimp 'n' Steak


Beef ribeye steak is seasoned, cooked, and topped with a mixture of shrimp, mushrooms, onions and green peppers.



Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. beef ribeye steak
  • 2 Tbsp (or desired amount) Alpine Touch Seasoning (a mixture of salt, onion, MSG, garlic and pepper; OR a steak seasoning blend of your choice)
  • 15 peeled & deveined medium shrimp
  • 3/4 cup chopped white onion
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper
  • 2 portabella mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp butter

Method

Season steak with Alpine Touch. In a skillet, melt butter, add seasoned steak, and cook to desired doneness. Remove steak from pan, add shrimp, mushrooms, onion, and pepper to steak drippings in the pan. Saute until shrimp is done and vegetables are tender. Serve over steak.
