One-Pot Pasta Vasule

This recipe for pasta fazoule uses elbow macaroni and cannelloni beans in a meaty sauce with canned tomatoes, tomato sauce and herbs.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Kielbasa Polish Sausage
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 can Cannellini Beans
- 1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- Ground Pepper, to taste
- 1 lb. Elbow Macaroni
- Ground Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Method
Saute sausage, ground meat, onions, and garlic in large pot. Drain fat. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add macaroni. Cover and cook until pasta is done. (Add a little water if mixture becomes dry.) Serve topped with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Notes: A family favorite, this also tastes great for leftovers.
