Pasta with Leftover Meatloaf Sauce


One meatloaf makes two meals when you mix up this simple casserole of pasta, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and meatloaf.



Ingredients:

  • 1 lb leftover meatloaf
  • 8 oz rigatoni
  • 2 jars pasta sauce
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese

Method

Cook rigatoni according to package directions. While pasta is cooking, dice leftover meatloaf. Place into saucepan and add pasta sauce. Heat meatloaf and pasta sauce. Drain pasta when cooked then mix together with meatloaf sauce. Place into a casserole dish. Cover with cheese and cook in a 400 degree oven until cheese is melted.

Notes: There is a huge selection of pasta sauces on the market so pick a different sauce and you can have a different style each time you make this. Experiment and enjoy.
