Ingredients:
| 1 cup | Macaroni |
| 1 lb | Ground Beef/chuck |
| Small Onion, chopped | |
| ΒΌ cup | Green Peppers |
| 1 cup | Chopped Clean Mushrooms |
| 2 cans | Tomato Soup |
| 1 tsp | Oregano |
| 1 tsp | Chili Powder |
| Mozzarella Cheese, grated, about 1 cup |
Directions:
Cook the macaroni until done; drain.
Brown the meat with the onion, green peppers, mushrooms until the meat is done; drain the fat off.
Add the macaroni to a baking dish with a cover and mix in the meat-vegetable mixture. Add the tomato soup, oregano, chili powder; stir.
Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or more until heated through.
Add the cheese on top or wait until it is almost done to add to the top of the casserole. I usually wait and add it last, and when it is melted, I serve it.

Serve with any type of bread and a salad.
