Beef and sausage meatballs are cooked and placed in a baking dish, covered with a saucy soup mixture, and topped with canned biscuits sprinkled with cheese.

  • Servings: 4-6

½ lb Bulk Sausage
½ lb Ground Beef Chuck
1 slice Bread, torn into pieces
¼ cup Milk
2 Tbsp Onion, minced
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Asparagus Soup
1 Soup Can of Milk
1 can Jumbo Biscuits
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Place torn bread in a bowl and add the 1/4 cup milk. Set aside. Thoroughly mix the meats and onion till well combined. Add soaked bread & mix well.

Roll into bite-size balls and cook in skillet, turning till browned on all sides and completely cooked. Drain on paper towels. Wipe skillet and in it combine soups and milk, whisking till well blended. Heat through. Place meatballs in a single layer in a baking dish. Pour the hot soup mix over top of meatballs. Top with biscuits. Bake as directed on biscuit can. After biscuits have browned, sprinkle with cheese and continue to bake till cheese has melted.

This recipe can be changed up by changing the type of soups you use. For example, try tomato soup or chedder cheese soup.
