Ingredients:
| 1 lb | Ground Beef |
| ¼ cup | Uncooked Long Grain Rice |
| 1 | Egg, slightly beaten |
| 1 Tbsp | Parsley |
| 2 Tbsp | Finely Chopped Onion |
| ½ tsp | Salt |
| dash | Pepper |
| 1× 10¾ oz can | Condensed Tomato Soup |
| 1 tsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
| ½ cup | Water |
Directions:
Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 up condensed tomato soup. Mix well and shape in 20 small balls, then place in a skillet. Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, then cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring often.
