
A hearty pasta casserole with ground beef, mushrooms in a tomato based sauce, layered with cream cheese and broccoli and lasagna noodles.
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Add soup, tomato sauce and mushrooms. Simmer. Cream the cheese, add broccoli. I microwave cheese until softened and then add broccoli and stir together. Cook noodles and drain. Layer noodles, cheese mixture and then sauce. Continue until done same as you would for Lasagna. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and olives on top.
Notes:
Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes. Freezes well and makes a large casserole
