Roman Chili

This ground beef chili has onions, canned tomatoes and mushrooms, and is topped with mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound of Ground beef
- Garlic, minced
- Sea salt and black pepper
- One medium onion, chopped
- One can mushrooms
- One can tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese

Method
Brown ground beef with garlic, salt, and pepper. Add mushrooms and onions and saute until golden brown. Drain fat. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions to browned beef. Top with mozzarella cheese. Serve hot.
Notes: Excellent served with a salad and crusty bread with olive oil.
