Rustic Rub

This spicy, flavorful rub for meats contains a mix of red and black peppers, garlic and onion powders, herbs and paprika.
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp. paprika
- 3 tbsp. cayenne (ground red pepper)
- 5 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 6 tbsp. garlic powder
- 3 tbsp. onion powder
- 6 tbsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 1/2 tbsp. dried thyme

Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend well. Rub can be stored in an airtight container in spice cabinet up to 3 months.
