The sauce in this spaghetti dish is prepared with ground beef and sausage, mushrooms and plenty of cheese.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 onion
  • Fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • Spaghetti noodles

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil spaghetti noodles for 10 minutes. Brown beef, mushrooms and onions together, then drain. Combine meat mixture, noodles, spaghetti sauce, 1/2 mozzarella, 1/2 cheddar, salt and pepper into a 9 X 12 pan. Cover with remaining cheese and bake about 25 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese and bread sticks.
