- Cook Time: 1/2 an hour
Ingredients:
| ½ lb | Ground Beef/chuck |
| 5-8 | Mushrooms, washed and chopped |
| 1 | Large Clove of Garlic, minced |
| ½ cup | or Less of Chopped Onion |
| ½- 1 tsp | Oregano |
| 1 can | Condensed Tomato Soup, small can |
| ½ | Soup Can of Water |
| 1 Tbsp | Vinegar |
| 6 oz | Uncooked Spaghetti, cooked and drained |
| Parmesan Cheese, optional |
Directions:
I cook my ground chuck with the onions and mushrooms and garlic in a microwave dish until it is done; drain and chop it up when done.
Put meat mixture in a saucepan and add the remaining ingredients, except the spaghetti.
Cover and cook over low for 30 minutes, stirring often.
Add the sauce on top of the cooked spaghetti when you are ready to eat.
Add parmesan cheese on top, if desired.
Helpful Tips:
This is the sauce I use for my ravioli and lasagna; you can omit the meat or leave it in.
