Spicy Cheddar Beef Omelet

Tabasco and red pepper flakes bring the heat to this omelet that is packed perfectly with roast beef and cheddar cheese.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 3 dashes of regular Tabasco
  • 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 slice of shredded beef bottom round roast
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 2 teaspoons of olivio margarine

Method

Put a medium sized skillet on the stove and heat on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the margarine. Crack two eggs and put them into a measuring cup. Mix and stir with fork thoroughly until completely yellow. Pour mixed eggs into heated pan and quickly put in ingredients. Make sure the cheese is melted and the egg firm, then fold omelet.
