St. Louis Steak Butter

  • Total Time: 20 to 25 minutes

Ingredients:

8 oz Soft Butter
½ Small Onion, minced fine
1 tsp Worcestershire Sause
2 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
Steak Sauce Blend:
1 cup Water
1 tsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Light Corn Syrup
¼ cup Raisins
½ tsp Dried Orange Peel
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Onion Powder
1 Bouquet Garni

Directions:

First mix together ingredients for steak sauce. Bring to a boil and reduce to a thick paste over medium-high heat.

Let cool down a bit and add remaining ingredients, mixing well.

Chill overnight before using to blend flavors. Great on grilled meat.
