
Beef strip steaks are marinated in a mixture of stout, honey-mustard, Worcestershire, and soy sauce, then grilled. The sauce is cooked to reduce and served with the steaks.
Combine all ingredients above into a large container. Place steaks to marinate for about 8 hours. Drain, reserving marinade. Heat grill. In a frying pan sear the steaks just a little before throwing them onto the grill.
Cook the rest of the marinade in a saucepan until reduced.
Season steaks with a little more cracked pepper and salt. Place them on the grill. Allow about 4 minutes on each side, over Medium-High heat, or to desired doneness, brushing with sauce. Pass remaining sauce.
