Directions:
STIR THE STOCK, CORNSTARCH,SOY SAUCE,AND GARLIC POWDER IN A SMALL BOWL
STIR FRY THE BEEF IN A 10 INCH NONSTICK SKILLET OVER MEDUIM HIGH HEAT UNTIL BEEF IS WELL BROWNED
ADD PEPPER TO THE SKILLET AND STIR FRY UNTIL TENDER CRISP
REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM ADD STOCK MIXTURE TO THE SKILLET
COOK AND STIR UNTIL MIXTURE BOIL AND THICKEN STIRRING CONSTANTLY
SERVE OVER HOT RICE
