Ingredients:

2 cup Swason Beef Stock
3 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Garlic Powder
1 lb Boneless Sirloin Steak [about 3/4 Thick Cut Into Thin Strip
2 cup of Fresh Pepper[red,green Yellow] Your Choice
4 cup Hot Cook Rice Long Grain Rice

Directions:

STIR THE STOCK, CORNSTARCH,SOY SAUCE,AND GARLIC POWDER IN A SMALL BOWL

STIR FRY THE BEEF IN A 10 INCH NONSTICK SKILLET OVER MEDUIM HIGH HEAT UNTIL BEEF IS WELL BROWNED

ADD PEPPER TO THE SKILLET AND STIR FRY UNTIL TENDER CRISP

REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM ADD STOCK MIXTURE TO THE SKILLET

COOK AND STIR UNTIL MIXTURE BOIL AND THICKEN STIRRING CONSTANTLY

SERVE OVER HOT RICE
