A quick and easy Mexican flavored meal--taco meat with a moist corn muffin topping.

Ingredients:

• 2 lb hamburger, browned
• 1 pkg taco seasoning
• 6 oz tomato paste
• 3 oz water
• 2 corn muffin mixes, prepared

Method

Brown and drain hamburger, add taco seasoning prepared according to directions on package. Stir in tomato paste and water. Spread in 11 x 13 baking dish. Spread corn muffin mix over meat mixture. Bake at 325 degrees until muffin mix is slightly brown.

Notes: My kids love this recipe.
