Ground beef and turkey are combined with stuffing mix for this meatloaf. A mixture of ketchup, brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar is inside & on top.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch glass or stoneware baking dish. Mix meats, eggs, and stuffing by hand. Pour in about 2/3rds of the sauce mixture and continue to mix by hand until incorporated.
Mound mixture into a loaf in the dish. Flatten the mound to where there is about a finger width (about an inch) between the loaf and the side of the dish. Top with remaining sauce. Bake at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes or until done.
Notes:
The recipe doubles well, and the leftovers (if there are any) are great on sandwiches.
