|2 cans||Chili With Hot Beans|
|2 cans||Cream of Chicken Soup|
|1 pkg||Flour Tortilla Shells|
|1||Small Pkg Velveeta Cheese|
|1 pkg||Shredded Cheddar Cheese|
Cook hamburger and drain. While hamburger is cooking, mix Rotel, chili and chicken soup in a large bowl, then add hamburger to mixture. Line a 9 X 13 pan with 4 large tortilla shells. Place 1/2 of mixture on top of shells. Add a layer of cubed Velveeta and cheddar cheese. Place 2-4 tortilla shells on top of cheese layer. Finish by repeating layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, salsa and lots of cold drinks.
I have made this recipe for 24 years whenever I have a large crowd to feed. Everyone loves it, and you can leave out the hamburger for a vegetarian meal.
