Beef steaks are marinated in a mixture of barbeque sauce, Italian dressing Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, peach preserves, honey, garlic, and sliced onion, then grilled.
Combine all liquid ingredients and sliced onions in a medium bowl. Submerge steaks into liquid, marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator prior to cooking. Grill over indirect heat to preferred doneness. Make sure to only flip meat once!!
