Tom's Quick and Easy Texas Marinade

This marinade is quick and easy and really does the job in flavoring and tenderizing your meat.
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Juice from 1 lemon squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, for hotter sauce use red pepper instead
  • 1/2 tsp steak seasoning

Method

Place liquid ingredients first in a large zip lock freezer bag then add spices and mix well. After tenderizing steak my poking holes in steak with a fork, place steaks in zip lock bag then seal and place in refrigerator for 2-8 hours or overnite.

 

Notes: Makes any steak taste great and really tender.

 

Number of Servings: Depends on size and number of steaks.
