Method
Toss all the ingredients together except chips and dressing mix. Mix dressing, toss with salad. Add chips just before serving. Toss again. Serves 4, 2 helpings!
Notes: Use Turkey or Beef. Brown the beef ahead. Cut up and store veggies ahead. Make dressing a day ahead. Toss it all together after a long day at work. Use the "chubble" from the bottom of the chip bag no one wants to eat!
Number of Servings: 4-6
