
This easy chili combines ground beef, stewed tomatoes, chili beans, & chili seasoning mix, and may be heated in the crock-pot or saucepan.
For Crock-pot: Mix tomatoes, beans and chili mix in crock pot. Cook on High for four hours or Low for longer. Brown beef in skillet; drain and add beef to crock pot. Stir. Put lid on and leave all day, if you wish.
For Stove top: Brown meat in large saucepan. Drain. Add tomatoes, beans and chili mix. Stir occasionally over high heat just until boiling. Reduce heat to low and let simmer about an hour.
Notes:
Enjoy serving with sour cream, ranch dressing, shredded colby-jack cheese, jalapenos, crackers, and/ or corn bread.
