Venison Meatloaf


A great use of venison. You could substitute ground beef and pork sausage if you like.



Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground venison
  • 1 pound ground venison sweet sausage
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 1/4 cups instant potato flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning
  • 3 eggs
  • French dressing - or - ketchup - or - BBQ sauce

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the dressing. Spray two loaf pans lightly with cooking spray. Form meat mixture into two loaves and press firmly into pans. Cover top of loaves with either French dressing - or - ketchup - or - BBQ sauce. Bake, uncovered for one hour.
