Flank steak strips are grilled with green chilies and onions, and served on flour tortillas with salsa.



Ingredients:

  • Beef flank steak, cut across the grain into thin strips
  • Long green chilies, halved & seeded
  • Spanish onions, sliced
  • Flour tortillas
  • Salsa

Method

Grill flank steak strips, long green chili halves, and Spanish onions. Spoon on a flour tortilla; add salsa on top. Roll up and serve.

Notes: At our barbeques people can't get enough of these.
