Ingredients:
| 1 lb | Ground Buffalo |
| 2 cloves | Garlic, minced |
| 1 | Onion, chopped |
| 1 can | Black Beans |
| 1 can pto | Beans |
| 1 can | Kidney Beans |
| 1 can | Stewed Tomatoes |
| 1 | Large Can Tomato Sauce |
| 1 bottle | Dark Beer |
| 1 | Green Bell Pepper, chopped |
| ½ tsp | Kosher Salt |
| 1 tsp | Paprika |
| 1 tsp | Chili Powder |
| Fresh Cracked Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil, add meat and spices, then brown for 10 minutes. Place in large pot with remaining ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
