Zesty Meatloaf

This ground beef mixture contains cracker crumbs, eggs, ketchup and steak sauce, plus Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.

Ingredients:

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 tube or sleeve of saltine crackers, crushed
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1/8 cup (2 Tbsp) A-1 Steak Sauce
• 1/8 cup (2 Tbsp) ketchup
• 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp celery salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp McCormick's Grill Mates Seasoning for beef

Method

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pat mixture into a loaf pan, leaving a small space around the edges to catch grease. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Notes: After removing from oven, drain off grease. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
